The Tri-Cities soup scene just got a major upgrade. The heavy-hitter Pho37 has officially opened its fifth branch, planting its flags in Port Coquitlam.
If you’re looking for an excuse to check out the new space this week, they are dropping a massive grand opening deal to sweeten the pot.
The New Spot in Westwood Centre
Pho37 has officially taken over the old De Dutch spot inside the Westwood Centre. For the Poco locals who used to grab pannekoeken here, the space is going to look a lot different—and smell a whole lot more like aromatic, long-simmered beef broth.

The official address is: 2748 Lougheed Hwy. #200, Port Coquitlam, BC V3B 6P2. If you want to skip the inevitable line or browse exactly what they’ve got on deck, you can already view their full layout and order online here.
The Banh Mi Hype is Real
If you’ve read our comprehensive Pho37 review, you already know that while their noodle bowls are incredibly solid, it’s their street-food sides that keep us coming back. Specifically, their Banh Mi.

They do not skim on the details here—we’re talking perfectly crackly baguettes that shatter when you bite into them, rich pate, creamy mayo, and a mountain of pickled daikon and cilantro. Curious about what actually goes into making a elite Vietnamese sandwich? Check out our deep-dive guide on what is in a Banh Mi to see why the flavour combo works so well.

How to Snag 15% Off
Because they just launched, they are running a welcome promotion where you can get 15% off your entire order.

The Catch: The discount runs until June 15th, 2026, so you only have about a week to take advantage of the cheaper eats before prices return to regular food-court standards.
(And just for the record, this post isn’t sponsored—though we talk about them so much it’s honestly starting to sound like it! We just really love a good broth).
A Massive Month for Foodies
Pho37 isn’t the only hyped arrival shaking up the local food landscape lately. If you missed it, the mega-destination Time Out Market recently opened over at Oakridge Park, proving that Metro Vancouver’s appetite for massive culinary expansions is at an all-time high.
Are you hitting up the new Poco location for a hot bowl of pho this week, or are you just going to smash three of those pork banh mi sandwiches?
